Coming soonCommon questions during rollout
How long does rollout typically take?
Most companies go from kickoff to a live employee rollout in two to four weeks, depending on how quickly HRIS and payroll details are confirmed on your side.
What do employees need to do to get started?
Your team adds each employee to the portal first - name, work email, and start date. Employees then download the app, log in with that work email, and choose which activities they want tracked.
What data will our team see as the employer?
Only aggregated program metrics - total employees, tokens earned, and reimbursable value. We never show which activities an employee did, or any individual health data.
Which devices and health apps sync with Acteamity?
Apple Health and most major fitness wearables sync automatically. Employees can also log activity manually in the app at any time.
How is reimbursement paid out?
Reimbursable tokens convert to value that's paid out on the schedule set up during onboarding, typically through payroll or a direct reimbursement cycle - your account team will confirm specifics for your setup.
Who do we contact during rollout?
Your account team is your first point of contact for setup questions. Once you're live, employees can reach support directly from the app.
