See the impact, never the individual
Five straightforward sections - dashboard, employees, rules, tokens, and settings - all reporting aggregated program data, none of it individual.
What HR and Finance see
Dashboard
Total employees and total tokens earned last month, at a glance, alongside your company's registration details.
Employees
Manage participating employees, adding and removing them from the portal.
Rules
Set an optional per-period token limit, a conversion rate, and a currency, then choose which activities are eligible for reimbursement - walking, cycling, and swimming today, with more on the way.
Tokens
Reimbursable tokens by month, broken down by employee, with up to 12 months of history exportable to CSV for payroll or finance.
Settings
Manage your company name and core account details in one place.
This is a trust boundary, not a limitation
The employer portal does not show which activities employees did, and there is no "participation by activity" chart, by design. The Tokens section reports reimbursable totals by employee - what payroll needs - never the individual activity types or health data behind them. That boundary is what lets employees use the program without hesitation, which is exactly what makes the aggregate numbers meaningful.
